SXD8004-B  Multi Purpose Electrical Hydraulic Operation Table

For medical institutions to support patients, especially for obstetrics and gynecology. Electric control components  are  adopted  to  ensure  stable  and  reliable  transmission.  Self-locking  of various positions after adjustment is reliable to ensure the safety of the operation. The main body of the machine is composed of high strength carbon steel, and the large part is made of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel drawing material.  The mattress  is made of advanced PU outer and inner cushion rubber sponge  and memory cotton  material,  bed board raw material aseptic treatment, fireproof, anti-static special board.  This machine line is smooth, simple and clear, sincere and gorgeous, strong corrosion resistant, easy to disinfect, cleaning.

I (Main application &Structure)

1.1 The operating bed is an electric hydraulic drive mechanism, electric adjustment bed surface lifting, back and backward leaning, left and right leaning, backplane lifting, brake 5 main action  groups.

1.2 The operating bed is equipped with a translation function, and the translation function is driven by an independent hydraulic cylinder

1.3 The operating bed is equipped with an internationally renowned brand of high-performance rechargeable battery, which can meet the needs of 50 surgeries and ensure that the operating    bed works without AC power supply. The rechargeable battery needs no maintenance and

maintenance, and can be used for a long time. At the same time, it has the AC power supply function to ensure the maximum safety.

1.4 Two sets of independent control systems with consistent functions: handheld wired controller and column emergency control panel. Ensure that the other bed will operate reliably when one     of the control systems fails.

III Structure

3.1 The Electric operating table uses electro systems to control all the movements: height

adjustment, trendelenburg and reversed trendelenburg, lateral tilt, back movements, forward   and backward movement and brake. Head section, leg section and vertical rotation of tabletop are operated by manual operation.

3.2 The table comprises of five sections: head section, back section, Waist Section（When

optional), sitting section and leg section. The forward and backward movement and 180 °rotation of tabletop can make C-arm perspective quick and easy.

3.3 The main material is stainless steel, high-intensity cast iron, aluminum, good solidity.

3.4 The appearance of the stainless steel round cover and base is nice and elegant. The cover is dust-proof and water-proof. The table is stable and practical.

IV Instruction

Pre-surgery

1. After pressing the unlock key, the other function key for longer than 40s. However, as long as

2. the various function keys are operated continuously for 30s, the key unlock light and the operating table indicator are bright.

3. The key unlock light and the operating table indicator light must be bright before operation    

4. During operation, only one function key can be pressed at a time, and multiple function keys should not be pressed, otherwise the action or function cannot be realized.

5. When the surgery is over, it must return to the original position

6. For detailed controller keys, refer to the function symbols of 4.2 and 4.3 controller 

Position and move the operating table

1. Operating table positioning: press the "bed move stop button" to locate the operating table; 

2. Operating table movement: press the "bed movement start button", release the locking mechanism to move the operating table.

Position setting

1. Operating table rise: press the "rise button", the operating table rises

2. Operating table drops: press the "drop key", the operating table drops

3. Operating table forward tilt: press the "forward tilt key", the operating table forward tilt

4. Operating table backward tilt: press the "backtilt button", and the operating table will tilt

5. backward. It is strictly prohibited to bend the backplane under the backward tilt state, which will damage the equipment

6. Operating table right tilt: press the "right tilt key", the operating table to the right tilt

7. Left table: press "left tilt key", the table to the left

When the product is packaged, all the accessories should be installed in the operating table.  Accessories can be selected according to user requirements. When dismounting , just simply loose the fastening handle, then remove the accessories or adjust the positions.

VI Attention

6.1 Before using the operating table, lock all handles tightly ，so as to prevent them from loosing or sliding off while used.

6.2 The operating table can electrically operate six movements. These movements must be operated separately.

6.3 Every time, after the operation, clean the dirt on the table and keep it clean, make the table top be in the horizontal position and descend the kidney bridge.

6.4 The hand-held operator should be kept clean and dry, and must be hung back on the track after use. Do not leave it disorderly or fall down to avoid damage and also don’t open it.

6.5 Don’t step on the power cord or controlling cord to avoid breaking the connecting joints or damaging the insulation coat of the wire.

6.6 The application part of the table has been connected with the grounding terminal, so it is recommended to be used on the anti-static ground.

6.7 It is recommended not to use in strong electric field environment.

6.8 The table should be placed in a dry place to prevent moisture damage to the electrical control part.

6.9 When it breaks down, it should be overhauled by professional maintenance.

6.10 It must be repaired and kept clean every year regularly.

6.11 The service life for Electric operating table is ten years. If it is used in expired period, it maybe led to wearing and corrosion of some mechanical parts, and will have a negative influence upon the mechanical intensity. The patients maybe suffered, so the operating table should be used in the regular maintenance and during safety using period.

VII Cleaning, disinfection and sterilization

7.1 Flushing the table with water is prohibited.

7.2 Clean the table with a soft cloth, sponge, wet cloth or detergent. Not use a hard brush, steel wire brush, decontamination powder, paint, ether, bananas water, acid base solution to any surface.

7.3 Mattress must be disinfection with alcohol, ether, ultraviolet disinfection and so on  (abandoning high-temperature disinfection).

8.4 Supply voltage ： AC220V±22V 、50Hz±1Hz。

This device in package should be stored indoor with a relative humidity less than 80%, no erosive gas and good ventilation is required. No rolling.

It can be shipped in regular transportation without crash, oscillation, rain or direct sunlight.

IX Maintenance

The equipment must be maintained once a year. All moving parts must be fully lubricated. The

sliding parts and slide rails on the table must be filled with Vaseline. The connecting screws must be tightened and not loose.

X Troubleshooting and repair
